WEIDMULLER Automatic Machines

WEIDMULLER automatic machines support professional conductor preparation for cable assembly and panel-building operations where repeatable cutting, stripping and crimping are required. The portfolio combines dedicated cutting equipment, stripping machines and integrated stripping-and-crimping systems for different conductor-processing tasks.

The CUTFIX range includes CUTFIX PRO and CUTFIX PRO FEEDER systems for automated conductor cutting. The representative CUTFIX PRO platform operates from a 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz electrical supply and can be integrated into professional cable-preparation workflows.

For insulation removal, the POWERSTRIPPER family includes POWERSTRIPPER 6, POWERSTRIPPER 16 and POWERSTRIPPER AM12. Representative conductor ranges include 0.5–6 mm² for POWERSTRIPPER 6 and 2.5–16 mm² for POWERSTRIPPER 16, allowing the machine family to cover different conductor sizes.

The CRIMPFIX range combines stripping and crimping functions and includes CRIMPFIX ECO, CRIMPFIX R and CRIMPFIX R VARIO. The representative CRIMPFIX ECO configuration covers conductor sizes from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² with a cycle time of less than 1.5 seconds.
