HABONIM Customized Valve & Manifold Solutions

HABONIM customized valve and manifold solutions are developed for projects where standard valve configurations do not fully satisfy the required operating, dimensional or system-integration conditions. The engineering scope can include customized valves, manifolds and complete flow-control assemblies designed around project-specific requirements.

Available engineering concepts include complex skid arrangements and automated manifold systems. Depending on project requirements, the design can focus on reducing overall system size, weight and the number of potential leak paths while integrating the required valves and automation components into a coordinated assembly.

Fail-safe assemblies are available for hazardous and critical applications, while rapid automated shut-off solutions can also be engineered. Selected applications can incorporate sub-second closing concepts where the required process and safety conditions justify this response.

Customized solutions can be developed for extreme-temperature, high-pressure, corrosive and abrasive service. Final materials, valve configuration, automation, testing and verification requirements are therefore determined from the actual operating conditions and project specification.

Sea Star International can coordinate technical review and sourcing of HABONIM customized valve, manifold and skid solutions. Process data, P&IDs, valve schedules and project specifications can be submitted for engineering review and RFQ preparation.
