HABONIM Pneumatic Actuators
HABONIM pneumatic quarter-turn actuators for industrial valve automation, including the COMPACT and POWER COMPACT a...
HABONIM control valve solutions for accurate pressure and flow control, including characterized V-ball and V-port valve packages for industrial process applications.
HABONIM control valves combine ball-valve and actuator technology into compact valve packages for accurate pressure and flow control in industrial process applications. The range includes characterized V-ball and V-port designs intended to provide responsive control while maintaining the robust shutoff characteristics associated with industrial ball valves.
Depending on the selected series, HABONIM control-valve solutions are available in one-piece, two-piece and three-piece configurations. Characterized control elements allow the valve to be matched to applications requiring controlled flow behaviour, wide operating range and reliable isolation when the valve reaches the closed position.
The N47 Series is a representative HABONIM control-valve family covering sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inches (DN15 to DN100). Selected configurations are rated up to ANSI Class 900 and pressures up to 150 bar / 2250 psi. Actual pressure capability, materials, trim and actuator configuration must be confirmed for the selected model and process conditions.
Applicable configurations provide bubble-tight shutoff, while testing and acceptance criteria for relevant control-valve designs reference ANSI/FCI 70-2. Selection should consider the required flow coefficient, operating pressure, pressure drop, media, temperature, materials and actuator requirements.
Sea Star International can assist with HABONIM control-valve sizing, model identification, actuator selection, material review and specification matching. Customers can submit process conditions, flow requirements, pressure data and project documentation for technical review and RFQ preparation.
