Fosroc Waterproofing Systems
Fosroc waterproofing systems for below-ground, structural and building applications, including Proofex membranes, Supercast waterstops and complementary coating systems.
Product Overview
Fosroc waterproofing systems provide integrated solutions for protecting concrete structures against water ingress in below-ground, structural and building applications. The range combines membranes, waterstops, joint-sealing products and waterproof protective coatings so that different parts of the structure can be addressed as part of a coordinated waterproofing strategy.
The Proofex family represents Fosroc membrane technology for structural waterproofing. Proofex Engage is a representative mechanically bonded, pre-applied below-ground waterproofing system intended for applications where the membrane is installed before the concrete structure is formed.
Supercast waterstop systems provide complementary protection at construction and movement joints where control of water passage through the concrete structure is required. Joint-sealing materials and waterproof protective coatings can also form part of the overall Fosroc waterproofing system depending on project requirements.
Typical applications include basements, foundations and other concrete structures requiring protection against groundwater or external water ingress. System selection should consider groundwater conditions, structural detailing, joint locations, construction sequence, installation method and the exposure conditions expected during service.
Sea Star International can assist with selection of Fosroc waterproofing systems based on project drawings, structural details, below-ground conditions and specified waterproofing methodology. Relevant project documentation can be submitted for technical matching and RFQ preparation.
