Fosroc Grouts & Anchors
Fosroc cementitious and epoxy grouts with resin anchoring systems for precision grouting, structural fixing and heavy-duty industrial applications.
Product Overview
Fosroc grouts and anchoring systems provide solutions for precision grouting, structural void filling, equipment installation and permanent fixing applications. The portfolio includes both cementitious and epoxy-resin grout technologies together with resin anchoring systems for structural fixing.
The Conbextra range includes grout solutions for machinery bases, foundations, structural connections and other applications where controlled filling of the space between equipment, baseplates or structural elements is required. Cementitious and epoxy-resin systems are available depending on the installation and service conditions.
For anchoring applications, the Lokfix range provides resin-based fixing solutions for reinforcement bars and threaded rods in concrete and masonry depending on the selected product. These systems can be considered where permanent structural fixing is required within an existing substrate.
Selection should consider the size and geometry of the grout gap, load requirements, substrate condition, installation method, environmental exposure and whether the application requires grouting, anchoring or a combination of both.
Sea Star International can assist with Fosroc Conbextra and Lokfix selection based on equipment or structural requirements, grout dimensions, fixing arrangement, substrate and project specification. Drawings and installation details can be submitted for technical matching and RFQ preparation.
