BAND-IT Banding & Installation Tools

BAND-IT banding and installation tools are designed for controlled installation of stainless-steel banding, ties, clamps and related fastening systems used in industrial applications. The range includes manual, pneumatic and production-oriented tools for tensioning, locking and cutting operations.

Available tool families support BAND-IT stainless-steel banding, Tie-Lok®, Ultra-Lok®, cable-tie systems and preformed clamps depending on the selected tool. This allows the installation method to be matched to the particular fastening system and the required installation volume.

Representative models include the C00169 Standard Banding Tool and C00369 Heavy Duty Banding Tool together with the A91079 Mini Tie-Lok® Tool and A92079 Tie-Lok II® Tool. Each tool family is intended for specific band, tie or clamp configurations, so tool selection should be matched to the installed fastening product.

Typical uses include cable management, hose assemblies, industrial fastening and identification installations. Pneumatic and production tooling can also be considered where repeatable installation and higher work volumes are required.
